All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

We proudly ship across Canada and internationally.

Dwellory is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
For damaged items, include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
