At Dwellory, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Non-returnable items include:

Final sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized products
To start a return, please email us at freshp57@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes extra time for refunds to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at freshp57@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
